Business as usual with the EVIL Yankee Department of Homeland Security
Need I say that this "News" item published by the Crown Corp commonly
known as the CBC pissed me off yesterday? In return I pounced on a
lots of evil Yankee FEDS today because of their tough talk about
upholding the law over weed of all things as their crazy Yankee boss
Mr Trump starts another COLD WAR.

For the public record I attached a pdf of this file to the email I
sent to the people found below.

Obviously I explained a lot of  the file above in front of the RCMP
office in June of 2007 and published it in YouTube immediately

Need I say CBC yapping all day about the LIEbranos having a big Pow Wow in Halifax in order to plan their stab at reelection next year did not help my mood particularly when they ignored their nonpartisan mandate and ignored the fact that I was running for public office on five different occasions?

Even though I may look like an old hippy every FED and his drug sniffing dog knows that my concerns go far deeper than mere matters of the weed that the RCMP and their LIEbranos bosses are well aware that I do not partake of whether it be legal or not. Many folks that have known me well for the past 30 years would testify that I rarely drink and seldom take even aspirin.

However even though another cheery "Happy 4-20." has passed into history in all sincerity I would rather see folks smoke all the dope they wish rather than drink too much booze. That is the advice I gave to my children because I knew how I behaved when I drank too much in my crazy days.

Never mind the fact that I have many wiretap tapes of the MOB around Beantown Do the Yankee FEDS even recall the Death Threats out of Canada against my kid in Boston published in YouTube many years ago by Dean Roger Ray in Alberta that can still be viewed to this very day? She deserved to be killed merely because she posted in her online diary the fact she was taking a hit from her bong in the woods of Milton MA?

Keep your weed away from border, Canada and U.S. officials warn

New law will legalize marijuana in Canada, but you'll be barred from taking it to Maine, where it's also legal

Marijuana will soon be legal on both sides of the border, but Canadian and U.S. agencies warn it will still be illegal to take pot across the border. (Matthew Bingley/CBC)

April 20 is treated like a holiday at Smoke on the Water in Calais, Maine.

On Friday, the dispensary, which doubles as a smoke shop where you can buy bongs and pipes, added some festive flair with balloons and signs.

As customers came in to buy some of the pungent marijuana behind the display case, the clerk greeted them with a cheery "Happy 4-20."

Business has been good, according to store manager Terry Johnson Jr.

New law will legalise marijuana in Canada, but it won’t mean you can take it to states where pot is legal. 0:43

Maine legalized recreational marijuana in 2017, but Johnson said it hasn't gotten any easier to leave the state with weed.

And while Canada will soon pass legislation to make recreational cannabis legal, he doesn't think going north will be any simpler.

"That's going to be a difficult part," Johnson said. "The federal government on either side runs the border."

Terry Johnson Jr. manages a pot shop in Calais, Maine, and thinks people crossing the border may have to educate themselves about laws governing weed. (Matthew Bingley/CBC)

According to a Canada Border Services Agency spokesperson, importing cannabis and cannabis products will still be prohibited under the proposed new law. Jennifer Morrison said in an email that a valid permit issued by Health Canada will be needed to do so.

Going south won't be any different. While weed will be legal on both sides of the border, Calais's port director with U.S. Customs and Border Protection said it will be business as usual.

"The change in legislation on the Canadian side is not going to affect the way that we enforce the U.S. federal laws," said Corey McPhee.

He said under current U.S. federal policies, marijuana is prohibited from entering the country, so border agents will continue to follow those rules.

Corey McPhee, the port director in Calais with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, expects it will be business as usual enforcing federal laws, even after Canada legalizes marijuana. (Matthew Bingley/CBC)

McPhee said marijuana is seized on a daily basis at the border, both in recreational and distribution amounts. His agency has been working with Canada Border Services to prepare for the coming changes in Canadian pot laws.

While there might be a bit of a learning curve with public knowledge at first, McPhee said he wasn't concerned.

"Our people are well-versed in how to handle it," he said.

How to submit a FOIA Request to USCIS for A Copy of Immigration Records:
You may fill out the G-639 which may be downloaded from
http://www.uscis.gov/g-639, for each subject you are seeking records.
Please provide a valid mailing address.  The completion of this form
is optional.  Any written format for a Freedom of Information or
Privacy Act request is acceptable but the information and signatures
requested need to be provided, in order to prevent a delay in
processing.

Please provide as much information as possible in block 2.  While you
are not required to respond to all items in block 2, failure to
provide complete and specific information as requested may result in a
delay in processing or an inability to locate the record(s) or
information requested.

If you are submitting a FOIA request regarding an individual other
than yourself, a signed agreement by the subject of the FOIA request
is needed authorizing release of that individual's records to you; a
signature block is provided on page 2 of the G-639 in block 3.  If
records requested are for an individual born less than 100 years ago
and the individual is deceased, you will need to forward either a
death certificate or some type of information showing the individual
is deceased.

On page 2 of the G-639, please ensure that the information for the
subject of record is provided and that the signature of the subject of
record appears in block 4.  In block 4, the subject of record may sign
under penalty of perjury either under "Executed outside the United
States" or "Executed in the United States" OR the signature of subject
of record may be notarized.

A request for a specific document will be placed on a faster track
than a request for an entire file.  There is additional information
about the FOIA multi-track system at www.uscis.gov/foia.

You can submit the requests one of the following ways:

Via U.S. Mail to:

National Records Center
FOIA/PA Office
P.O. Box 648010
Lee's Summit, MO 64064-8010

Or:  Via Fax: 816-350-5785 or 802-288-1793

Or:  Via e-mail by scanning your documents in and attaching them to
your e-mail to uscis.foia@dhs.govuscis.foia@dhs.gov
>.

_________________________________________________

If you have a FOIA control number, you may check the status of your
FOIA request online, at www.uscis.gov/foia.  Click on Check Status of
Request button and follow the instructions. We process cases on a
first in / first out basis.  The estimated time posted on the USCIS
web site is based on our average processing time in business days as
of the date posted and includes all cases closed.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Prior to his confirmation, Mr.
McAleenan served as the Acting Commissioner since January 20, 2017. As
the agency’s chief executive, Mr. McAleenan oversees 60,000 employees,
manages a budget of over $13 billion, and ensures the effective
operations of CBP’s mission to protect national security while

of dollars. Additionally, he has advanced the development of CBP’s
trade transformation agenda, designed to help America compete in the
global economy.

Mr. McAleenan has previously held several leadership positions at CBP
and one of its legacy agencies, the U.S. Customs Service. From 2006 to
